We came from frustration with excessive bank charges (for inconsistent services), now we’re here.

We’re a fintech company on a mission to make financial services more accessible, affordable and rewarding for every African on the planet
Kuda was founded in Nigeria by Babs Ogundeyi and Musty Mustapha in 2019, and we have offices in London, Cape Town, and Lagos.
We launched our app, also called Kuda, in August 2019, giving Africans with internet-enabled smartphones a way to operate a full-fledged bank account, save and earn interest, access instant credit, and send money without exorbitant fees.

This is the best banking app! I’m enjoying seamless banking plus the free transfers to other banks is a thing of joy. This is what I call freedom. I’ve made kuda my main bank account and I’m gonna refer all my friends!

I like the fact that kuda Microfinance Bank doesn’t only run a no fee policy and 25 free transfers in a month but you can only create a budget plan to control your spending pattern. Really really nice!!
