How to get a Kuda Card
Open Cards
Sign in to your Kuda app and tap Cards.
Request a card
Tap Request a Card, then choose Get a Virtual Card or Get a Physical Card.
Set your PINs
For a physical card, create your card PIN and confirm your delivery information. For a virtual card, confirm with your transaction PIN and create your card PIN.
Submit and start paying
Submit your request. Your virtual card is ready in seconds for online payments, and your physical card arrives within 3 weeks, or you can pick it up from a Kuda branch.

How do I get a virtual card on Kuda?
Open the Kuda app, tap Cards, then Request a Card and choose Get a Virtual Card. Confirm with your transaction PIN, create your card PIN and submit. Your virtual card is ready for online payments straight away.
Where can I use my Kuda Card?
Use your physical Kuda Card for in-store and online purchases and at ATMs. Unity Bank ATMs don’t support the card. Your virtual card is made for online payments and is accepted on Spotify, Netflix, Showmax and more. Enter your card details at checkout the same way you would with any debit card.
Is the Kuda Card a Visa card?
Kuda’s virtual card is a Visa card, and the physical card is a Verve card.
Does Kuda offer a virtual dollar card?
A dollar virtual card is not currently offered. Kuda’s virtual card is a Naira card, funded from your Kuda balance, and you can use it on many international platforms.
How much does a Kuda Card cost?
There’s a ₦1,000 issuance fee plus 7.5% VAT. There are no card maintenance fees, so you won’t pay anything to keep the card active.
How long does delivery take, and can I pick up my card instead?
Delivery takes up to 3 weeks after you request your card. You can also pick up your physical card from a Kuda branch.
What happens if I lose my card?
Open the Kuda app and block or freeze the card straight away to stop anyone from using it. You can order a replacement in the app.
